Continued from the "Leroy's Visit" thread in category "The Colony: The Marketplace.

Leroy calmly awaited Orion's answer.

Orion thought over it and responded. " Sure, but what will this potion do?"

"Well, not many people are sure. It does have something to do with experience I think..."

" I see... When will we be going?"

"Well, I figured right now. Our first stop would probably be some of the farmers around Crossroads. We can see if they know where we should go."

Orion nodded. " Okay, you lead."

Leroy set off out of the town, and into the outskirts, where the farmland was. He found a nice farmhouse, and rapped on the door. "Orion, if they ask you, we are simply on a mission for the King. Alright?"

" Sure." Orion replied.

The door swung open.

"Why hello Leroy, come in." a woman at the door said. She clearly already knew him. It was quite possible that he had knocked on that door in the past.

"Woman, have you ever heard of something called the Golden Rose?" Leroy asked bluntly, in an all business tone.

"Why yes, most farmers have, dear. It grows far to the North-East, in a swampy area. Most say it's petals have some sort of herbal value to them, but no one really knows much about them." The women answered.

"Alright then, you have been much help." Leroy said, and marched off down the path towards the small path. "Come Orion!"

Orion followed silently behind Leroy.

Once Leroy and Orion were totally clear of the town, he came upon the famous area which the town was named for. The Crossroads of the Kingdom. According to the sign which marked the North-Eastern route, they were going towards the small village of Phanton. "Well now, I do not believe that I have ever been tot this 'Phanton'. Dear Orion, have you ever visited this village which we now head towards?"

" Never." Orion replied and took a small sip from his waterskin.

They strolled up the path, Leroy said out of boredom. "So, where did you come from Orion?"

" Far north, over the mountains in the village of Ankson." Orion replied.

"Interesting. Was there a particular reason for which you came to the land of Crossroads, or were you just exploring?"

" Looking for a bigger warmer place to live."

"Ah, and do you believe you have found it?"

" Don't feel like finding a new home, and it is warm here."

"Yes, yes. That it is."

Orion continued walking. " We should reach the town soon."

"Yes...I think we are coming up on it now..." Leroy says, as they walk into a small village. Leroy walks up to a villager. "Is this the village of Phanton?" He asks. "Yes." The villager says gruffly, and walks off.

" Hmphh talk about welcoming people." Orion said as he entered the town.

"Indeed."

" Well, now what?"

"Well I suppose we should find out where the nearest swamp is."
